This policy is similar to the contact policies maintained by major marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, and Etsy.

💡 Our SMS Proxy: When you place or receive an order, Bookeaz routes messages through our dedicated number +1-855-711-0707. Neither party ever sees the other's real phone number.

What Is NOT Allowed

Do not share or request

Personal phone numbers or mobile numbers
Personal email addresses
Home or business addresses (outside of required shipping info)
Social media usernames or profiles (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Any request to continue the conversation off-platform
Payment outside of Bookeaz checkout (cash, Venmo, Zelle, crypto, etc.)

What IS Allowed ✅ Permitted

You may share through our messaging system

Questions about the item or order
Shipping address for delivery (submitted at checkout)
Order status or delivery updates
Return or refund requests
General questions handled through Bookeaz support

Why It Protects You

For Buyers: Sharing personal contact info with unknown sellers exposes you to phishing, spam, and scams. Our proxy keeps your number private.

For Sellers: Off-platform transactions remove buyer and seller protections. Staying on-platform ensures you are covered by Bookeaz's dispute and payment policies.

For Everyone: Transactions completed off-platform are not eligible for Bookeaz buyer protection, refunds, or dispute resolution.

Consequences of Violating This Policy

Accounts found sharing personal contact details or attempting to conduct transactions outside of Bookeaz.com may face:

• Warning and removal of the offending listing
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban for repeat violations
• Forfeiture of seller privileges

How to Report a Violation

If a buyer or seller asks you to take the conversation off-platform or share personal contact information, please report it immediately:
